And yes… I’m going to share the truth about the reinvention I’m currently in.

Because here’s the thing:

If you follow me on social media, you see a smiling, joyful woman walking on the beach with her dog, Cody. And listen, none of that is fake. I am genuinely happy. I am living in my purpose. I am choosing joy every single day.

But what I don’t share often enough is what lives behind that smile.

Behind that joy is a woman who has walked through fire…
A woman who has healed trauma most people will never talk about…
A woman who is still unraveling patterns that began long before she was born.

Here’s my truth:

I still desire a love that sees me fully—so I never again feel the need to shrink or abandon myself to be chosen.
I still desire financial freedom—so I can finally break the generational cycle of scarcity that has followed my family for decades.
I still desire a business that holds all of me—my science, my spirituality, my truth—without fear of being “too much” or “too vulnerable.”

I’m still building confidence.
I’m still healing wounds.
I’m still reinventing the woman I know I’m meant to be.

And that’s why this new version of this newsletter matters.

Because Reinvention Unfiltered is about giving you everything I’ve got. Laying my heart on the table, revealing my soul, and being the most vulnerable I have ever been publicly.
