Jasmine Escalera

Hi, I’m Dr. Jasmine Escalera, also known as The Queen of Reinvention. I’m a Spiritual Neuroscientist, former Ivy-trained neuropharmacologist, and the founder of The Courage Crew. But more than any title, I’m a woman who has lived reinvention again and again. I grew up in the projects and became the “one who made it out.” I did everything right. Earned the degrees. Built the career. Checked the boxes. And then I reached a moment many women don’t talk about: I was successful on paper and deeply unhappy in my life. That realization changed everything. Since then, I’ve reinvented my life from the inside out releasing the “should life,” healing generational patterns, and learning how to choose myself without guilt or fear. Today, my work blends neuroscience, spirituality, and lived experience to help women especially women of color break cycles, rebuild self-trust, and step into the next version of themselves with clarity and courage. Through my writing, my YouTube channel, and The Courage Crew community, I teach women how to: 1. Understand why they feel stuck (from a brain + nervous system lens) 2. Release old identities that no longer fit 3. Reconnect with their desires without shame 4. Create lives rooted in alignment, not obligation I don’t believe reinvention requires burning your life down. I believe it requires listening to your body, your intuition, and your truth.
